With JDR services, your employment specialist (job coach) will guide you through the job search process. With hands on support, your employment specialist will help you create an eye catching resume, practice interview skills, and support you in applying for positions of your career goal. Once employed, your employment specialist will continue to support you in your position to ensure your success with your employment.

Our WAT is a training program designed to prepare you for employment. This is typically for our clients with little to no work history, or those who have had significant barriers in previous employment and need to build on employment related skills. Your WAT would be at one of our qualified partners in the community such as, Nike, Target, Fry's, just to name a few.  Under the supervision of your employment specialist, your training will focus on the following skills: Communication, Teamwork, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Task & Time Management / Organization, Attendance, Management of disability, Appearance / Hygiene, and Self Management.
